Help is always on hand at T1 International Terminal. Whether you require information about check-in, transport, airport facilities or accommodation our friendly staff will answer your questions and point you in the right direction.
There are a number of information desks located within the terminal. These desks are staffed by a team of volunteers known as the Gold Ambassadors.
The Sydney Airport Gold Ambassador Program provides airport help and customer service for passengers and visitors to T1 International Terminal. From the moment you step off a plane or walk into the terminal, there is an efficient and friendly team looking out for you.
Wearing bright gold jackets, the Gold Ambassadors stand out in the crowd. Each one is a volunteer who donates up to twelve hours per week simply because they enjoy meeting and helping visitors to the airport. With them, they bring a sincere and caring attitude that has created a lasting impression of Australia for all our guests.

If your luggage was lost or misplaced during your flight, or left on the baggage carousel, please contact your airline directly.
