Conference Center "Exchange Avenue" offers six excellent rooms suitable for 2 to 80 people. In addition to four boardrooms (Blaeu Chamber, The Huydecoper, The Batavia Chamber, The Ruyter Chamber), which are all suitable for up to 14 people, there are are two rooms (Staeten 1 and 2) with a completely flexible layout. Needless to say the rooms all have comfortable furniture and advanced equipment in them. On top of that we see to it that the snacks and drinks of your choice are served at the right moment. In our coffee lounge free coffee, cappuccino or tea is available throughout the day for you and your guests.
The "Exchange Avenue" reception is permanently manned so that we can also instantly see to any last minute wishes you may have. Basically all you have to do is focus on the content of your meeting and leave the rest up to us!
In short, "Exchange Avenue" is an excellent operating base in the dynamics of an airport suitable for both business meetings and festive events such as receptions.
A pleasant coffee break, light lunch, stylish get-together (naturally with delicious snacks) or an extensive dinner with a view of the apron of Schiphol airport? "Dakota?s Café, Bar & Restaurant", directly next door to "Exchange Avenue" is an excellent venue for this.

'Tijd is geld'. Dit lijkt het meest toepasbaar op de zakelijke reiziger van vandaag. BCD Travel biedt daarom achter de douane een vergaderzaal met flexibele service in de BCD Travel Lobby. Hier kunt u wachttijd vervangen door werktijd.

De BCD Travel Lobby bevindt zich in de nabijheid van het zakencentrum. Dit is gelegen tussen Gates E en F. Vanaf Gates E en F vertrekken alle intercontinentale vluchten.
Dagelijks geopend:
maandag t/m vrijdag van 07.00 tot 21.30 uur
zaterdag en zondag van 08.00 tot 20.00 uur

De inrichting van de Lobby is totaal gericht op de zakelijke gebruiker. Er is ruimte om ongestoord de laatste e-mails en telefoontjes te beantwoorden. Daarnaast is er een rustige leeshoek met diverse vaktijdschriften. De vergaderruimte biedt ruimte aan 4 tot 12 personen.
