Road: Taxi: A taxi rank is situated in front of Terminal 1, for Taxi information contact Taxi Aéroport (tel: (0)4 7855 3431).
Bus: Satobus operates several bus services (tel: (0)4 7268 7217), connecting the airport to the main cities of Rhône-Alpes, their desk is located in the terminals central area.
The two terminals are close enough together for passengers to go between them on foot. There is also shuttle which connects two terminals and long stay parking areas.
Three help desks are located in airport terminals, the first is in Terminal 2, Departures 3, the second is in Terminal 1, Arrivals B, and the third is at the information point in the central hall.
Money and communications: Facilities include a exchange office and a post office in the central building. Automatic currency exchange machine is located in Terminal 1. ATMs are spread throughout the airport.
Food&Drinks: Bars are situated in both terminals, restaurants are in central building.

Baggage: Left-baggage is open 24 hours and is situated in the central hall, level 1.

There are 11 meeting rooms in The airport Business Centre (tel: (0)4 7222 8374), rooms can accommodate between two and 80 delegates, all are equipped with telephones and paperboards. There is also audiovisual equipment and secretarial services (typing, interpreting, fax, photocopy and printing) and catering facilities. Fax and Minitel services which are also available in the central hall, opposite the post office.
The airport has telephone kiosks which are accessible to wheelchair users, disabled toilets, set-down point in front of Terminal 1 and reserved spaces in front of the train station in car park P6. Airport offers discounted parking charges for dissabled travellers who present a valid disabled badge to the car park information desk in the central building. Hadicapped passengers are advised to contact their airline directly for assistance with boarding prior to travel and report to the check-in desk on arrival.
