Lost baggage

"SU-PORT" Service renders services of baggage tracing to Jat Airways passengers. "SU-PORT" Service phones: (+381 11) 267 63 74.
There are separate baby changing facilities at the Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport. "Mother & Child" facilities at Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport are used in the escort of ground hostess. "Mother & Child" facilities are locked for safety reasons; the only thing you have to do is to contact the information desk when entering Terminal building and ground hostess will be at your disposal. Keys of the facilities are kept at information counter when entering Terminal for passengers in departures and arrivals, and for transit passengers at information counter next to gate A2.
First aid
In accordance with ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) regulations, Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport medical service is present at the airport. Emergency care unit is located in terminal building with four ambulances available. Its working hours are adjusted to flight schedules and working hours of the Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport.

SHOPS: As a part of "Dufry" Ltd, Belgrade, tenant of the Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport retail zone, mini "shopping" area with shops of different type is included. They are located in the main Hall of the Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport and in transit area – after passport control point.

The Belgrade Lounge is located in the connecting part between passenger Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 The Belgrade Lounge is divided into two units The first unit with 60 seats is the most suitable for press conferences, cocktail parties, presentations, lectures and courses The second unit with 25 seats is divided from the first one by glass wall and intended for seminars, round tables and meetings The Belgrade Lounge is equipped with video beam, public-address system and room for simultaneous translations

Observation deck at Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport

At Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport there is a building in progress of the observation deck which will enable all fans of aviation to watch take off and landing of aircraft from the close vicinity. That will be the first observation deck of such type made at Belgrade Airport since the time it was built.
The works have started in September, and at the moment filling for access road is in progress. Works are expected to be completed until spring next year.
According to preliminary design of the experts of the Belgrade "Nikola Tesla" Airport, the observation deck will be built on surface area of 6 hectares with two small hills of 5 and 7 meters high. This observation deck is conceived as a park with pavilions with grass areas and benches, fountains and paths edged by greens and flowers. For the youngest there will be children`s playground with seesaws and swings.
After completion of its building, it will by its specific features become symbol of identification not only of Belgrade Airport but City of Belgrade and Serbia as well, and together with Air Museum, they will be two main tourist attractions of our largest airport.
