With more than 10,000 spaces and complimentary shuttles running continuously, travelers can easily find parking and swiftly arrive at the terminal within minutes. Under 30 minutes free in the Airport Parking Garage and Close In Lot A
As a convenience to those meeting passengers, parking in the garage and Lot A for 0-30 minutes is free of charge. Save gas, stop circling the airport and park in the garage or Lot A. The garage and Lot A are the only airport parking with an hourly fee structure (31-60 minutes is $2; each additional hour is $2. The garage daily maximum charge is $16.63 plus tax (a total of $18/day) and Close In Lot A's daily maximum is $8.31 plus tax.
Close In Lot A and economy lots give travelers more parking options. All ABIA parking is set in a beautiful, award winning landscape. The parking is well lighted and monitored and patrolled 24 hours a day, seven days a week, by Airport Police. Disabled parking is available in all parking lots.

Being a recently built facility, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (ABIA) meets the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). These requirements include accessible elevators, water fountains, restroom facilities, ticket counters, tables, airport directories lowered for wheelchair access, and signs with raised lettering and Braille.

Accessible parking – ABIA meets ADA requirements for accessible parking with accessible parking places located in the parking garage next to the terminal and adjacent to covered airport shuttle stops in the lots.
Accessible airport shuttles are available to assist passengers with a mobility impairment from remote parking to the airport terminal.
Wheelchair service is available from curb to aircraft. All floors of the airport are level, facilitating mobility in wheelchairs.
Escorts are available for those needing assistance getting through the airport (for example, persons with visual or mobility impairments). Escorts may be requested from airline representatives at the airport.
The security screening process checks wheelchair users and other travelers with special equipment such as hand-held metal detectors. This screening is performed on the side of the security checkpoint generally used for exiting the concourse to provide enough room for wider, special equipment.
Pedestrian walkways are designed with accessible contrasting floor surfaces to assist travelers with visual impairments navigate more easily.

The dog walk area offers relief for guide dogs. It is located outdoors, just east of the terminal, lower level.
The newly opened Barton Springs Boutique offers high-end fashions to travelers at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. New computer stations help business and leisure travelers stay connected at Austin-Bergstrom. The automated stations supply Internet access, laptop rentals, battery and cell phone chargers (most cell phone charger cords provided), USB ports for uploading files, the ability to download music, and free printing. PowerPort computer stations are located on the concourse across from Gate 6 and between Gates 15 and 17.
