Operated by HMSHost Corporation, a world leader in retail and dining in the travel industry, the Oasis Grill & Sky Lounge concept was created by Orange County’s own celebrity chef/restaurateur, David Wilhelm.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner menus feature American fare including appetizers, sandwiches, burgers and large salads. For breakfast, travelers may feast on Chilaquiles – scrambled eggs with Ortega chiles, tortillas, cheddar cheese and sour cream, and Shrimp Louis or Brown Derby Cobb salads or the Palm Springs Club sandwich for lunch or dinner. In addition, Oasis Grill & Sky Lounge will offer carry-out items for travelers who want great food on the go.

“With its bold culinary tastes, energetic and inviting décor, Oasis is sure to be a hit with John Wayne Airport travelers and we’re delighted to bring this innovative and lively concept to the airport,” said Ron Gomes, Vice President of Business Development for HMSHost.

MORE TO COME: JWA is embarking on a number of renovations and improvements at the Thomas F. Riley Terminal – new concessions, more parking, and eventually a third terminal. After more than 16-years since the Terminal’s opening, passengers are seeing a variety of new options for their shopping and dining needs. Last November, the food court was renovated to become Brioche Dorée, earlier this year Wolfgang Puck Express to-go kiosks were added in Terminals A and B and most recently, what once was the Orange Grill, the Airport’s only full-service restaurant, has reopened as Oasis Grill and Sky Lounge. In addition, Hudson News has opened a news wall in Terminal A and will be opening the newly renovated Hudson News & Gift store, as well as a specialty concession featuring brand names Sunglass Hut and Life Is Good by the end of the year.
